Navigating the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) can be tricky and our highly skilled Support Coordinators will guide you through. As a leading registered NDIS provider, Support Coordination is delivered to eligible NDIS plan holders in the ACT, NSW and VIC.
We offer Support Coordination and Specialist Support coordination services.
- Level 2: Coordination of Supports.
- Level 3: Specialist Support Coordination.
All age groups and levels of ability are supported, including:
- NDIS plans for YPIRAC (Younger People in Residential Aged Care).
- Participants living with psychosocial disabilities.
- Children and Young People living in Statutory Out Of Home Care (SOOHC) or Voluntary Out of Home Care (VOOHC).
- Acquired Disabilities.
As a participant with Trusted Support Coordination, you will have an assigned Support Coordinator to work with you and your NDIS plan. You will have the opportunity to strengthen your skills and knowledge to best meet your NDIS plan goals. The Support Coordinator will work closely with you to ensure you get the best out of your funded supports, informal supports and mainstream supports.

We ensure we are able to provide impartial options to our participants through strong conflict of interest policies that focus on providing diverse service options to our participants to maximise their choice and control.

As a participant of Trusted Support Coordination, you will work alongside your Support Coordinator, who will support you to get the outcomes you need by focusing on meaningful engagement with your support networks.
You will be supported to strengthen your skills and knowledge to coordinate your supports into the future, and ensure you get the best out of your funded NDIS services, your informal supports and mainstream options to work towards your broader goals.
We are an independent, specialised service within The Disability Trust that provide a range of Support Coordination services to all age groups accessing the NDIS:
- Level 2 Support Coordination and
- Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination Services
