Glenys Millar

Glenys has a background in Community Services and brings valuable experience from working within government organisations.

Glenys assist participants to navigate complex systems and access appropriate supports and services.

Glenys is a proactive problem solver who enjoys working through challenges. She has a strong ability to simplify complexity and is committed to ensuring participants are presented with clear, high‑quality options that support informed choice, independence, and positive outcomes.

Bernadine Humphrey

Bernadine has a strong commitment to supporting people to access the services they need to live meaningful and independent lives.

Bernadine has over 35 years experience working in the disability sector and joined Trusted Support Coordination in 2019. She is based in Bega on the NSW Far South Coast.

Bernadine has a strong understanding of the unique challenges faced by people accessing NDIS services in smaller and regional communities. She is passionate about advocating for her participants and actively works to identify and reduce barriers to service access. She ensures supports are responsive, equitable, and person centred.

Trusted Support Coordination Manager Regina Gill

Regina Gill

Regina Gill is the Manager of Trusted Support Coordination and brings a diverse background across education and disability services.

In her role, Regina provides leadership and oversight to a team of Support Coordinators managing a large and geographically dispersed caseload spanning from Nowra to Sydney.

With extensive experience across education, homelessness services, and disability casework, Regina has a strong understanding of the complex systems and challenges that people with disability often navigate. This experience informs her thoughtful, responsive, and solutions‑focused leadership approach.

Regina is deeply committed to upholding the rights of all people to have equal opportunities, voice, and choice. She is passionate about supporting individuals to make informed decisions about their own lives and to access supports that enable meaningful participation and inclusion.

Campbelltown Support Coordinator Mubbashir Mohammed

Mubbashir Mohammed

Mubbashir is an experienced Support Coordinator based in Campbelltown. Mubbashir is motivated by supporting participants to achieve their goals.

Mubbashir holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies and brings many years of experience from the financial sector. Through this background, Mubbashir developed strong organisational and analytical skills, which he now applies to support people navigating the NDIS.

Mubbashir brings a high level of attention to detail and strong problem‑solving capability to his work. He is highly motivated by supporting participants to achieve their goals and identifies this as the most rewarding aspect of his role.

Goulburn Support Coordinator Miraoj Lamichhane

Miraoj Lamichhane

Miraoj brings over eight years of experience in Support Coordination and has supported participants to navigate the ongoing changes and complexities of the NDIS.

Known for his patience, good humour, and approachable style, Miraoj works alongside participants to help them understand, implement, and effectively use their NDIS plans.

Prior to working in Support Coordination, Miraoj gained experience in aged care and disability support while completing qualifications and training in Support Coordination, Individualised Support, Mental Health First Aid, and Suicide Prevention. This diverse background supports his person‑centred and responsive approach to practice, particularly when working with participants facing complex or changing needs.

Support Coordinator Joel Rivers

Joel Rivers

Joel is a highly experienced Specialist Support Coordinator with a strong focus on supporting NDIS participants with complex needs and multiple support requirements.

Drawing on his specialist expertise, Joel frequently undertakes acting management and leadership responsibilities within the team.

With more than twelve years of experience in the disability sector, Joel also works closely with colleagues to provide guidance on complex cases and contribute to effective problem‑solving and practice development across the service.

Joel is well regarded for his compassionate, calm, and considered approach. He is particularly committed to ensuring that the most vulnerable participants have a strong voice within the systems that support them and that their rights, preferences, and wellbeing remain central to all planning and decision‑making.

Support Coordinator Matthew Kenny

Matthew Kenny

Matthew brings valuable lived experience to his work after sustaining a spinal cord injury resulting in quadriplegia following a motorcycle racing accident.

This experience informs his practice and strengthens his understanding of the practical, emotional, and systemic challenges faced by people with disability.

Prior to working as a Support Coordinator, Matthew was a small business owner within the agricultural industry. This background has contributed to his strong problem‑solving skills, resilience, and ability to navigate complex systems.

Matthew has a particular interest in assistive technology, home modifications, and high‑quality in‑home supports. He continues to farm a 25‑acre property in Victoria using a range of adaptive equipment and vehicles, demonstrating the impact that appropriate supports and technology can have in enabling independence, choice, and meaningful participation.

Matthew Williamson

Matthew brings extensive experience as a Support Coordinator, providing care to participants with complex support needs across a range of settings.

In his role as a Senior Support Coordinator, Matthew provides leadership and support to teams based in Canberra, Bega, and Goulburn, while also managing his own participant caseload.

He is motivated by achieving meaningful outcomes for both his team and the participants he supports, and finds strong purpose and satisfaction in contributing to positive, sustainable change through high‑quality practice.

Meidiana Sarijanto

Meddy brings over seven years of experience in the disability sector and demonstrates a strong commitment to supporting vulnerable people.

Meidiana builds respectful, trusting relationships with participants and their families and consistently applies a person‑centred approach to her practice.

She is well regarded as a highly ethical and thoughtful practitioner who is known for going above and beyond to achieve positive outcomes for the people she supports.

She combines strong analytical skills with an empathic and compassionate approach, enabling her to develop effective and practical solutions to complex and challenging situations.

Pabitra joined Trusted Support Coordination in 2023, bringing experience from a leadership role within Supported Independent Living.

Pabitra is based in the Canberra office and supports participants across the ACT and regional NSW.

Senior Support Coordinator Tiana Boulding

Tiana Boulding

Tiana is our Southern Manager of Support Coordination. She provides effective leadership to a team of Support Coordinators, while also maintaining responsibility for her own participant caseload.

Tiana is extremely focused and efficient, developing accessible systems and processes that support others in their work.

Tiana believes the best outcomes are achieved when teams are communicative, collaborative, and aligned around clear, outcome‑focused practice. She is committed to fostering a supportive team environment that promotes shared learning, accountability, and high‑quality service delivery for participants.

Anna Elliott

Anna is a Support Coordinator and brings experience in supporting people with disability to navigate the NDIS and access appropriate supports.

She brings extensive experience supporting people with disability to navigate the NDIS and access appropriate supports in often complex service environments.

Raised in a close‑knit farming community, Anna continues to live and work in a rural setting. She is strongly motivated by the resilience, strengths, and unique challenges faced by people with disability living in regional and rural communities. This perspective informs her practice and reinforces her commitment to ensuring equitable access to supports, choice, and control for participants regardless of location.

Melissa Ramsay

Melissa has worked in the disability sector across administration and Support Coordination roles. Melissa is known for her approachable nature and practical problem-solving skills.

With both professional experience and lived insight gained from growing up alongside a family member on the autism spectrum, Melissa is passionate about delivering genuine person-centred support that promotes autonomy, individual rights, and meaningful outcomes.

Melissa values building strong rapport and genuine connections with participants, families, and providers, believing trust and collaboration are key to effective support. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals transitioning from hospital, aged care, and Out of Home Care settings into appropriate accommodation and more independent living arrangements.

Known for her approachable nature, practical problem-solving, and strong advocacy skills, Melissa strives to make navigating the NDIS feel less overwhelming while bringing warmth, authenticity, and humour to her work.

Amy McClelland

Amy has worked in the disability sector since 2018, with roles including Support Worker, Inclusion Officer and Team Leader.  

With a Diploma in Community Services and pursuing a certificate in Individual Support, Amy is passionate about positively impacting the lives of people and families she supports.

Mandy Hunt

Mandy is a valued member of our Goulburn team and brings a highly organised and collaborative approach, developed through her experience in disability administration.

Mandy is a much‑loved team member in the Goulburn office, having worked in and supported the local community for many years. Mandy is passionate about supporting people living in rural areas and continues to live on the land herself, giving her a strong understanding of the challenges and barriers faced by participants in regional and remote communities.

Support Coordinator Austin Okoli

Austin Okoli

Austin has worked in the disability sector since 2019, bringing a strategic and structured approach to his role as a Support Coordinator.

He manages a geographically diverse caseload from Sydney to the Far South Coast, delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes through strong organisational capability and attention to detail.

Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics, a Master of Business Administration, a Diploma of Project Management, and a Certificate IV in Disability. His strong academic foundation, combined with practical experience, enables him to navigate the complexities of the NDIS with confidence. He is committed to supporting participants in implementing their plans effectively and achieving meaningful, goal-oriented outcomes.

Support Coordinator Kristine Japor

Kristine Japor

Kristine is the Administration Coordinator for Trusted Support Coordination, whilst having a strong background in healthcare. These skills enable Kristine to focus on delivering efficient, client‑centred support.

Her role includes managing participant funding, completing system and compliance checks, preparing financial reports, and overseeing a range of administrative and coordination functions that support effective service delivery.

Kristine has a background in healthcare, having worked as a nurse across a variety of hospital settings. This experience, combined with extensive skills in management and customer service, enables her to collaborate effectively with the Support Coordination team and provide responsive, reliable support to participants and their families.

Catherine Edwards

Cathy brings experience in administration, with a strong attention to detail.

Cathy has extensive experience in the administration field and has worked across aged care, event management and now disability sectors.

Cathy’s strong attention to detail is a valuable asset and is highly appreciated in the workplace. Outside of work, Cathy loves to spend time outdoors with her family and really enjoys camping and 4WD with a coffee and good book.

Katherine Olafson

Kathy has a strong understanding of the NDIS, having previously worked as a Local Area Coordinator (LAC) and as an NDIA Planner.

Kathy has worked in the NDIS since the scheme was introduced in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions in 2017.

Kathy now enjoys working in Support Coordination, where she is passionate about supporting people to achieve meaningful and positive outcomes through their NDIS funding. Outside of work, Kathy enjoys staying active and spending quality time with family and friends, whether it’s outdoor walks, gym sessions, or supporting live music at local venues.

Kate Malone

Kate is the Senior Manager of Trusted Support Coordination (TSC) and brings over 25 years of experience as a Social Worker supporting children, families, and people with disability.

Kate has worked across private, government, university, and not‑for‑profit sectors and draws on this broad and diverse experience to support the TSC team to grow, adapt, and thrive in a complex service environment.

As a committed advocate of social justice, Kate is deeply passionate about upholding the rights of all people to be supported to live their best life. Kate believes that collaborative communication and person-centred practice is core to all of our work.

Her ethical, compassionate, and values‑driven leadership supports effective service delivery across the full TSC footprint and ensures that practice consistently reflects the broader values of our service.

Rhys commenced with The Disability Trust as a Support Worker and has since worked across Supported Independent Living, Day Programs, and Individualised Supports.

Rhys is committed to supporting the people on his caseload to achieve their goals and to ensuring that paid supports are delivered to a high standard.

Rhys holds a Certificate IV in Disability Support and has a particular interest in the role of day programs, Supported Independent Living, and the effective management of behaviours of concern. Having lived in the Illawarra his entire life, Rhys brings strong local knowledge to his practice. Outside of work, he enjoys Mixed Martial Arts and values spending time with his family.

Jennifer Byrne

Jennifer brings a strong background in medical and healthcare issues, with professional qualifications as a Midwife.

Jennifer is a Specialist Support Coordinator with extensive experience supporting people who have complex needs and face barriers to accessing appropriate supports.

Jen is committed to working alongside participants and their families to navigate services and assist them to secure the right supports to achieve positive outcomes. Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time with her young family and exploring the natural environments and beaches in her local area.

Bethany has worked in the disability sector since 2021 and works in partnership with participants to support autonomy, confidence, independence.

Bethany supports a diverse range of participants and is committed to empowering people to increase their independence, choice, and control in their lives. 

Bethany brings valuable experience from the aged care sector. She is passionate about building individual capacity and works in partnership with participants to support autonomy, confidence, and meaningful participation. Her practice is grounded in respect and a strong belief in each person’s right to achieve the highest possible level of freedom and self‑determination.

Support Coordinator Kurt Sartori

Kurt Sartori

Kurt is a Senior Support Coordinator in the Illawarra. He is motivated by supporting participants to build their skills and develop independence.

In his role, Kurt manages his own participant caseload while also providing guidance and support to members of the Support Coordination team.

Kurt is motivated by supporting NDIS participants to build their skills in managing their supports and to develop confidence and independence in decision‑making. He holds a Diploma of Community Services, along with qualifications in disability and training, and is committed to high‑quality, person‑centred practice that supports positive and sustainable outcomes.

Support Coordinator Jay Thorn

Jay Thorn

Jay grew up alongside a sibling with disability, an experience that continues to inform and inspire his work in the disability sector.

Jay brings empathy, insight, and a strong commitment to person‑centred practice to his role as a Support Coordinator.

He identifies social isolation as a significant challenge for many people and actively supports participants to build connections, strengthen social networks, and increase community participation. Jay also has experience working with people involved in the justice system and understands the complexities of navigating multiple service systems. He is committed to supporting individuals to access the right supports and opportunities to work toward their goals and lead meaningful, fulfilling lives.

Jay is currently studying a degree in Health Sciences at university and works two days per week, bringing contemporary learning and evidence‑based perspectives into his practice.

Linda holds a Graduate Certificate in Case Management and Coordinated Care. She has previously held roles coordinating Short‑Term Accommodation services and as a Team Leader within Supported Independent Living. This experience provides her with a strong understanding of what high‑quality, well‑coordinated supports can achieve in a person’s life.

She is committed to person‑centred practice and supports participants to access services that promote independence, stability, and positive life outcomes.

Rosie Harris

Rosie brings specialist experience in mental health support and holds qualifications including a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and a Diploma of Community Services.

Rosie also has lived experience supporting a family member with Alzheimer’s disease, which informs her compassionate and responsive approach to practice.

Rosie has a particular interest in supporting people with younger onset dementia, psychosocial disability, and younger people living in residential aged care. She is committed to person‑centred, ethical practice and works alongside participants and their families to navigate complex systems and access appropriate, meaningful supports.

Tegan McEwan-Melville

Tegan provides remote Support Coordination services to NDIS participants who are unable to meet face to face.

Tegan is known for her ability to “make the complex simple,” supporting participants to understand systems, processes, and options with confidence.

Tegan has a strong background in disability support, including leadership roles in Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments and vocational day programs. Her professional experience is complemented by her lived experience as a parent of children who access the NDIS, strengthening her understanding of participant and family perspectives.

Tegan is passionate about supporting people to navigate the NDIS with clarity and confidence. She is committed to helping participants understand their funding, build their capacity, and make informed choices that align with their goals and circumstances.
